Kronosaurus was a type of marine reptile known as a pliosaur. It was a toothy predator that roamed the oceans during the Early Cretaceous period (around 120 million years ago).

It measured 33 feet from its snout to tail and weighed 7-10 tons. Kronosaurus hunted prey such as fish and other marine reptiles.
