At Bigjigs Toys, we believe every employee deserves a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace where they feel valued and protected. Therefore, in light of recent changes to employment legislation, we have updated our Anti-bullying, Sexual Harassment, and Harassment Policy to reinforce our commitment to a workplace free from bullying, sexual harassment, and victimisation.
The policy now includes a clear definition and examples of sexual harassment, specific procedures for reporting harassment if you experience or witness it, consequences for engaging in unlawful conduct, and details of training to help prevent harassment. We have also developed a risk assessment strategy involving proactive measures to tackle all forms of harassment.
As a company, we will continue to ensure a safe working environment where respect is paramount and all concerns are handled with sensitivity, transparency, and prompt action.
