I regularly buy these for an adult with ADHD. He doesn't use it in an extreme way, he just squeezes it in one hand over and over. However after a month or so the seam where it's filled starts to pop out a bit and eventually gives so that the goo inside starts to leak out. This is by far the best texture for him of all the NeeDoh products so it's a shame that it's not sealed as securely as some of their other ones.
