United KingdomDoes not work with other trains / carriages
I've bought two copies of this toy, and on both of them the magnet polarity is backwards, meaning they connect together fine, but will not play nice with any other trains or carriages you own. For example, you cannot get another train to pull your Santa sleigh, as Santa's magnet is the same polarity as the one on the back of all bigjigs trains. And if you want to pull Rudolph behind a normal train, he has to be backwards ♂️ This is a really daft error on bigjigs part (which they won't acknowledge when emailing customer support), and it really spoiled the fun of the toy for my son's who love to connect all their bits together into really long trains.

I bought this for my son to go with his Advent calendar on 1st December. He’ll be so excited to have Santa on his train. It’s beautiful quality and was a really good price
